An independent software studio. We design and build digital products for organizations that put people at the center of every technology decision.
Good software begins with paying attention.
Before we write a single line of code, we listen - to what you need, and to how your work really happens.
Then we build for exactly that. Not a template, not someone else's app reshaped to fit - a system made for the way you already work.
Technology that adapts to people, instead of asking people to adapt to it.
From first idea to product that people use every day. Filia handles the full lifecycle of custom software for organizations that want to own it.
Purpose-built systems shaped to an organization's actual workflow. From internal tools to public-facing products.
Android and iOS, native or cross-platform. Optimized for Indonesian networks and mid-range devices.
Tools for operations teams that have been making do with spreadsheets. Faster, clearer, auditable.
Data pipelines, ETL, API integrations, and sync layers between systems that previously did not speak to each other. Including the official WhatsApp Business Platform, as Filia is a verified Meta Tech Provider.
User research, prototyping, and design systems. We design interfaces a first-time user understands immediately.
Technical reviews of existing systems: security, performance, architecture. Written recommendations, no lock-in.
Seventeen products across six fields, from sports operations to video content. Nine are live, reaching more than 100,000 people.
Every product we have built, from the ones in daily use to the ones still on the bench.
Filia did not arrive with a ready-made solution. They listened first to what we actually needed, then built for that. Now the application is genuinely used by our health workers every day.
We worked with a different vendor before who disappeared after handover. Filia is not like that. They are still helping us two years after launch.
I am not a technology person, and I was worried that working with a software studio would be difficult to understand. Filia explained everything in human language. I felt respected as a client, not intimidated.
Filia isn't an agency that ships and leaves. We plant, then we tend. Here's how.
We start with the user, not the technology. What are they already doing the hard way? That's the starting point.
We start with the smallest version that is genuinely useful. Mature enough to rely on, lean enough to ship.
We don't ship and disappear. Bugs get fixed, feedback gets heard, and the product grows because it is maintained, not because it is marketed.
The work belongs to the people who use it. Filia builds it, then hands it over in full.
Founder & Principal Engineer
Filia is led by Fachrian Adi, who holds a master's in Software Engineering from DePaul University in Chicago. With more than a decade in the technology industry, including at international companies, he has designed and shipped software used by more than 100,000 people - from Futscore (live since 2017) to Provesty, the property-investment platform he founded and leads as CEO.
It begins with a no-cost conversation. We want to understand your problem, your users, and why this project needs to exist. After that, we prepare a written proposal: scope, timeline, cost, and the assumptions we made. No obligation until both sides agree.
It depends on scope. A tested prototype: 4-8 weeks. A production app ready for real users: 3-6 months. A larger platform with multiple integrations: 6-12 months. We break every project into milestones that can be reviewed every 2-3 weeks.
We are ready to sign an NDA before the first conversation. On contracts: intellectual property of the code we write is 100% yours upon final payment. No lock-in, no hidden licensing. You own the repository, documentation, and full access from day one.
We offer retainer packages for maintenance, bug fixes, and ongoing feature work. This is optional. If you have an in-house team, we hand over documentation and technical onboarding at no extra cost. Filia is not a vendor that locks you in.
Two models: fixed-price for well-defined scope, or time-and-materials for exploratory work. We will recommend the model that is fairest for your situation. No hidden fees; every estimate is written into the proposal.
We choose technology based on needs, not trends. Typically: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Astro on the frontend; Node.js, PHP, or Python on the backend; PostgreSQL or MySQL for databases; Tailwind for styling. For mobile: React Native or Flutter. For infrastructure: cloud-agnostic (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, or on-premise).
Filia is a small studio kept intentionally small. Every project runs with a team of 2-4 people working directly with you. There is no management layer in between; you speak with the person writing the code.
From sports operations to hospital systems, from a comic library to video channels. One studio, one way of working, one line of responsibility.
